As you find items that interest you, simply add the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. You may edit, remove or add items to your cart at any time.
When you are done shopping and browsing our products, all you need to do is access your Shopping Cart and checkout with the items you currently have in your cart. With the items in your shopping cart you can begin the checkout process and choose from an existing account, a Guest Checkout or to register as a new customer whereby you will be able to select your payment method and shipping preferences.

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to District Camera within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
Keep your Invoice with your important records.
To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We can not apply discounts or promotions to previous orders. Freight promotions only apply to customers in the contiguous US.
If your offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will pro-rate your refund to reflect the promotional discount.
You can use one Promotional Code per order.
For your Credit Card to be accepted by our system, your billing address should be the same as the billing address for the credit card that you are using for your purchase.
Please Note: PayPal immediately allocates funds out of your PayPal account for your entire order as soon as you place it. Therefore, if there is any portion of the order that we cannot ultimately ship to you ... we will credit back to your PayPal account that value.

Therefore, in order to utilize a pre-existing store credit, you should contact Customer Service at 877.374.6869 during our business hours and ask for assistance in placing your order.
If it is not convenient for you to call, as an alternative method, you may place an order on the website and put a note asking to use your store credit in the "Special Instructions for My Order" box near the bottom of the check out page. Please note that the Store Credit will NOT be reflected in your checkout at that time. The credit will not appear until it has been manually entered after we receive your order.
At this time we are unable to apply a store credit to a Pay Pal purchase.
For this reason, you cannot edit the name on a credit card, nor can you edit the card type. The account number of the card will always be encrypted values for your security.
If your credit card number changes for any reason (for example, your bank issues you a new card), this is an treated as a new card, and should be entered as a new card. You can enter a new card when you check out.
If you need to change the expiration date on a credit card, you may do it in two ways:
Edit your Card Without Making a Purchase:
Click on My Account (located at the top / bottom on the home page)
Log in to your account
Click on "Update Existing Credit Cards" on the left hand side of the page
Click on the "Options" icon on the far right for the credit card you wish to edit
Change the expiration date using the drop down
Edit Your Card While Making a Purchase:
Click on "Checkout"
Click on "Pay with Credit Card"
Click "I want to Pay with existing Credit Card"
Click on the "EDIT" icon to the right
Change the expiration date
If you would like to enter a new credit card, you may always do so upon check out by clicking on "I want to use a new card." We do this so that your new credit card information can only be entered in a secure https environment.
When you choose Bill Me Later during checkout, you submit your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and accept the terms. You will receive a credit decision within seconds. To learn more, visit the Bill Me Later site.
Please note: Bill Me Later is a PayPal service that is offered on District Camera for your convenience. District Camera does manage or administer the Bill Me Later credit program.

By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Customers with registered accounts will also be able to use store credits online and be eligible for our rewards / loyalty program.
If you prefer not to register, you can opt to check out as a Guest. Guest check out means that you will not be able to access your account on line. We will email you with status updates and tracking information, but you will not be able to check details, nor will you be able to access previous orders with us on the website.
