Selling Your Used Equipment
We’ll confirm that we received your request. Our used-equipment team will review the details and email you as soon as your quote is ready.
When both options are available, your quote will show separate cash and trade-in amounts for each item, plus the corresponding totals. You can choose the option that works best for you.
Open the acceptance link in your quote email, choose your preferred cash or trade-in offer, and tell us whether you’ll drop off or ship your equipment. Then review and agree to the inspection terms and confirm your quote.
Yes. Open the decline link in your quote email and confirm your decision. You’ll also have the option to let us know why you decided not to move forward.
Not yet. Your quote is an initial offer based on the information you provided. We’ll confirm the final value after our team physically inspects your equipment, so the offer may change if its condition or included items differ from the original description.
Drop-Off and Shipping
You can drop it off at a participating District Camera store or ship it to us. You’ll choose your preferred option when you confirm your quote.
You can select our Arlington, Burke, or Washington, D.C. location when confirming your quote. Visit our store locator for directions and current business hours.
Yes. You can request a free prepaid shipping label while confirming your quote. We’ll ask you to verify the address used to create the label.
No. Our free prepaid label does not include insurance. If you’d like your shipment insured, please purchase and use your own insured shipping label.
Yes. Select “Use My Own Label” when confirming your quote. We’ll provide our Burke shipping address and an attention line with your quote number so we can identify your package when it arrives.
Once your label is created, you’ll see a download link and tracking number on the confirmation page. We’ll also email the label to you.
