Laowa 85mm f/5.6 2x Ultra-Macro APO
Laowa 85mm f/5.6 2x Ultra Macro APO is a mirrorless-designed macro lens with 28.55 Degree angle of view for full frame. It is the smallest 2x macro lens in the market. It weighed just around 289g (Leica M mount without caps and hood) which is super portable and handy for macro shooters. It features an apochromatic (APO) characteristic that chromatic aberration at both 'infocus'& 'out-of-focus' is compressed to minimum. This new lens is able to focus from 2:1 magnification to infinity which can serve as both macro and portrait lens with great image quality.

Super Compact and Light in Weight
Weight is always a burden to macro shooters, especially those who shoot at the field. This lens is very portable and handy for photographers. Light source can be easily applied when the lens is smaller.

Up to 2x Magnification
This new 85mm lens can focus infinity to 2x magnification along with a minimum focusing distance of 6.4" (16.3cm). More details of the objects can be captured. In the meantime, it can serve as a portrait lens.

Apochromat APO Design
The chromatic aberration (CA) at both in-focus & out-of-focus area (Longitudinal CA) is controlled to the minimal. The photos of less CA also avoid timeconsuming post production.

Internal Focusing
The design of internal focusing avoids collision of the lens and the objects. It also prevents the dust or ashes from falling into the lens.
