Control a compatible Fujifilm X-Series or GFX-Series mirrorless camera with a dedicated handheld Bluetooth remote. The ProMaster 96944 replaces BT1 remote-control functions, including those provided by the Fujifilm TG-BT1, and supports both still photography and video recording without requiring you to stand behind the camera.
The 2.4 GHz Bluetooth Low Energy connection does not require a clear line of sight. You can operate the remote from behind the camera, around obstacles, or from a pocket, giving you more flexibility when setting up landscapes, astrophotography, wildlife shots, group portraits, and solo content.
- - Release the shutter and start or stop movie recording with dedicated buttons.
- Activate autofocus remotely and adjust framing with wide/telephoto zoom controls.
- Operate compatible power zoom lenses, such as the XC 15-45mm PZ, or digital zoom on supported Fujifilm bodies.
Available functions depend on the camera, lens, and firmware compatibility.
Hands-free triggering helps reduce camera shake by avoiding contact with the camera body during an exposure. This is useful for long exposures and bulb sequences, while wireless still and video control makes it easier to work on either side of the camera.
Physical buttons provide tactile control without using a smartphone app or touchscreen. Keeping camera operation on a separate remote also leaves your phone available for other tasks during a shoot.
The compact, lightweight body fits in a hand, pocket, or accessory pouch. Its housing uses impact-resistant matte black composite material, making it a portable option for keeping remote camera controls close at hand.
A CR2032 battery is included, so you can pair the remote with a compatible Fujifilm camera and begin shooting without purchasing a battery separately.
Battery safety: Keep new and used coin-cell batteries away from children. Swallowing a coin cell or placing it inside the body can cause death or severe internal chemical burns within two hours. Seek emergency medical attention immediately if ingestion is suspected.
