Nanlite PavoTube II 30C RGB LED Tube Light (4')

Nanlite expands their LED tube light line with the second-generation PavoTube II 30C RGB LED Tube Light, featuring an improved easy-to-use fixture with a brighter output compared to the original PavoTube 30C. At over 647 lux at 3.3' (5600K), the PavoTube II 30C delivers exceptional color accuracy with a wider color temperature range from 2700 to 7500K, as shown by its CRI and TLCI scores of 97 and 98. Measuring 4' in length, this versatile and lightweight tube light is ideal for filmmakers and content creators setting up lighting in the studio or on location. With 0 to 100% dimming and 15 preprogrammed special lighting effects, it can be used as key, fill, backlight, or for in-camera practical effects.

There are numerous upgrades, such as quicker charging through the supplied AC adapter or the USB-C socket on the fixture's back, seamless diffusion, a green-magenta shift of +/- 150, Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz for wireless control, DMX/RDM functionality, and thinner endcaps to reduce frame distractions. A built-in rechargeable battery gives the PavoTube II 30C a runtime of up to 2.5 hours at 100% brightness. The light may also run on additional batteries or the provided multi-voltage AC converter, which offers universal power capability. It contains a clip with two 1/4"-20 mounts, two steel safety wires for hanging, and a cushioned carry case for storing and transportation. It is T12 compliant with a 1.9" diameter. 

Seamless Light

The PavoTube II 30C's enhanced internal diffusion, designed for greater illumination regions, hides the individual LED diodes to produce a seamless light source that seems appealing in-frame and smoother on reflective surfaces when applied out-of-frame. 

Accurate Color

With a CRI of 97 and a TLCI of 98, PavoTube II 30C allows you to shoot with confidence knowing that the color reproduction will be accurate. Furthermore, it boasts TM-30 scores of RF 94 and RG 101 for a more thorough analysis of color rendering. The light you see will be correct regardless of how bright or dim it is across all CCTs. In addition to color fidelity, the light has 15 customisable preprogrammed effects that may be saved as presets with the use of the free NANLINK app.

Green-Magenta Correction 

The ability to change the green-to-magenta shift for color correction can be particularly useful when shooting scenarios where you need to match other light sources or produce a specific appearance. You can adjust the color by +/- 150 using the PavoTube II 30C's function to get there. 

Advancements in AC Power and Batteries 

The built-in battery of the light recharges 43 minutes quicker than in earlier models. For continuous power, you may either connect the provided AC adapter to the endcap of the PavoTube II 30C or charge it using the USB-C port on the back of the fixture. D-tap batteries can also be utilized using the separately sold CB-DT/DC cable.

App Control, DMX, and Onboard 

The PavoTube II 30C has two onboard buttons and knobs for accurate and simple local control, as well as an OLED display for convenience, but the light may also be controlled remotely. 

The free NANLINK app for iOS and Android enables complete Bluetooth light control from your smartphone. 

With built-in 2.4 GHz, the WS-RC-C2 handheld remote or the WS-TB-1 transmitter box for larger setups can be used. 

The PavoTube II 30C may be rapidly integrated into any DMX-controlled environment thanks to locking DMX/RDM connectors and a separately available CB-DMX-3.5C-1/2 converter cable.
